In most countries, you will be also able to track it using your local post's website services, using the number provided by us. Returns or exchanges have to be shipped to our headquarters site.

We offer returns, exchanges, or a full refund if there is a suitable defect associated with the merchandise that is a result of our error or the shipping companies! If the item can be repaired, the item will not be eligible for refunds, replacements, or exchanges. Once the item is confirmed defective and irreparable, a replacement from our warehouse will be sent to you, or your defective item may be collected back. If a problem is present, please inform us within a week of receiving it.

We use the newest DGT Technology to print our products. Our water-based inks are organic, 100% non-hazardous, 100% toxin-free, completely vegan-friendly and contain no animal by-products. Safe for infants and babies.

- Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners.
- Tumble dry low or hang dry for the longest life.
- Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration.
- Do not dry clean.
