first item received wasn’t exactly what I wanted. customer service was great, made adjustments and got it exactly as I wanted! they worked perfectly with my dress and were super comfortable!

I was really disappointed by this I looked at several wedding sleeve options but the pictures and the price of this one was higher so thought the quality would match but was let down greatly. When the sleeves arrived they were not good quality and different from the images had a seam all the way up the sleeve that would be shown on my arms at the wedding while wearing. I also took the time to provide my exact measurements and none of the sleeve matched the inches I provided. I am waiting to file a claim with Etsy to get my refund but I would recommend looking elsewhere

Unfortunately, the tone of some of the conversations was very unprofessional, despite our efforts to assist you.You are welcome to open a case with Etsy if you wish, and we will provide Etsy with the full order details and conversation history.We are confident in the work we provided and will stand by our product and our policies.
