The sellers sizing chart is not accurate as far as US sizing is concerned. I wear a US size 9.5 or 10 depending on the company. I ordered a size 8 per their chart. The shoes are massive. (I can fit 2 fingers sideways behind my heel in this khussa) I’m getting married in 2 weeks. They will not allow a return for the proper size. I would have to buy them again at full price (after they said I’d just pay shipping costs) For my trouble they offered an anklet. Then they said that the replacements would take up to 15 business days bc I live in what they have deemed a “remote” area. I live in a major US city with both UPS and an Amazon world hub airport access and centers here. (It’s definitely not remote) They then had the audacity to ask me to remove my review. Be warned.
