The twisted cord rope I purchased was as described. I purchased the color red and it is a nice shade of red for what I am going to use it for. Shipping was ok and the rope was packaged securely. I did not have to contact customer service but I did receive a nice message after the package was delivered. I would buy from SupplyLands again!
