How long will my order take to arrive?

Great question! All our products are made to order, so here's the timeline: your order goes into production within 1–2 business days, then takes 3–5 business days to be made and dispatched. Once it's on its way, allow approximately 5–8 business days for delivery within the US. So from order to doorstep, you're looking at around 1–2 weeks. We'll send you a tracking number the moment it ships so you can stalk it all the way to your door. 💛

Do you ship internationally?

Right now we ship within the United States. If you're outside the US and have your heart set on something, send us a message, we'll always do our best to help!

Will I have to pay any extra fees, duties or tariffs?

Absolutely not! What you see is what you pay. We absorb all tariff and import fees so there are zero surprise charges waiting for you at delivery. No hidden costs, no nasty surprises. Just lovely things arriving at your door.

Can I personalise my order?

Yes! Some of our products can be personalised with a custom message, just check the individual listing for details. If you'd like something extra special that you don't see in the shop, send us a message. We genuinely love a creative challenge and will do our best to make it happen. One important note: please double-check all names and spellings before submitting your order, once production begins on a personalised item, we can't make changes. We'd hate for a typo to sneak through!

What if my order arrives damaged or something is wrong?

First of all, we're so sorry if that happens! Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include a photo of the issue. We'll sort it out straight away with a replacement or refund, no stress. Your happiness is everything to us.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because everything is made to order just for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. But if something arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we've absolutely got you covered (see above!). When in doubt, just reach out before leaving a review and we'll make it right. 💛

Can I cancel my order?

We get it... sometimes you change your mind! Because our products go into production quickly, we can only accept cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. Message us as soon as possible and we'll do everything we can to help.
