The table arrived completely split in 2 ... the outside cardboard was not damaged. On the other hand the table was only a little surrounded by bubble wrap which I think is absolutely not enough for sending this type of product. It is well noted in the announcement that there is no exchange or refund of the product... So does it happen so often for the seller to protect himself upstream as well?

La table est arrivée complètement fendue en 2 ... le carton extérieur n’était pas endommagé. Par contre la table était seulement un peu entourée de papier bulle ce qui je pense, n’est absolument pas suffisant pour l’envoi de ce type de produit. Il est bien noté dans l’annonce qu’il n’y a ni échange ni remboursement du produit... cela arrive t’il donc si souvent pour que le vendeur se protège en amont ainsi?

The wire is of very poor quality. The black color crumbles in many places leaving a green color. Item received very badly packaged, the post is not questioned; it is the object itself that has not been sufficiently protected and finally the saleswoman does not accept my remarks and is simply execrable. Very disappointed, the after-sales service must be irreproachable !!!

Le fil de fer est de très mauvaise qualité. Le coloris noir s’émiette à de nombreux endroits laissant une couleur verte. Article reçu très mal emballé, la poste n'est pas remise en cause ; c'est l'objet en lui-même qui n'a pas été suffisamment protégé et enfin la vendeuse n'accepte pas mes remarques et est tout simplement exécrable. Très déçue, le SAV doit être irréprochable !!!

Madame, Vous ne répondez pas à vos messages privés ni aux mails mais préférerez afficher votre mécontentement ici. De nouveau je ne suis pas transporteur, si votre colis a été aplati vous auriez dû le refuser. Toutes remarques et critiques (bonnes comme mauvaises) sont prises en comptes. Elles permettent de remettre en question la conception et la qualité des créations ainsi que leur expédition. Que vous soyez déçu je peux le comprendre mais cela ne vous autorise pas à être agressive. Dialogue difficile. Trouver une solution à l'amiable est impossible, même la proposition d’un remboursement ne lui convient pas. Pas de courtoisie, ni politesse. Cliente exécrable (x1000) à fuir.
