Incredible customer service. They listen to you and are honest about the feasibility of your product. They're top-notch in that regard. Regarding delivery times, they were also excellent. We were in a hurry because our order was for a last-minute leaving party, and they managed to arrange for the order to arrive earlier than expected. The product quality is impeccable. The figurine is hand-painted without any flaws. Beforehand, they offer several design options based on your ideas, which truly allows for a personalized gift. Thank you again so much!
