1) Please select your shirt color, and size from the drop-down menu 2) Add the item to your cart, then change the quantity on the cart page 3) Go back to the listing or a different listing you want, and repeat the above steps. 4) Like this, you can add all the sizes and colors you need to your cart. And then go through the checkout process

✨ Custom and personalized orders

Production time : 1-3 business days. (Excluding weekends) Shipping time : 3-5 business days. (Excluding weekends) Most customers received the product within 4-8 days of the order date. But if you have a delivery deadline or group order, please place an order 10-12 days in advance. It's hard to guarantee the exact delivery date before production starts, but if you let me know the city and zip code, I will check the latest delivery period. Printing is carried out at NC, CA facilities from start to finish, and delivery is carried out by USPS/Fedex/UPS/DHL in the United States. There is a standard shipping option offered (3-5 business days). Shipping upgrades vary by delivery address, so please send me a message and I'll check it for you.

✨ Do you accept returns or exchanges? Can I cancel my order?

All shirts are made to order, therefore we do not accept returns and exchanges. Therefore, please fully check the shirt color and size information in the gallery and description of the listing before ordering. However, if you received a damaged product, kindly message us with the photos within 14 days of the delivery date, then we will take care of it, no worries! If you send me a message within an hour of payment completion, I can cancel your order. An hour after placing the order, the production and printing process for the T-shirts will begin, so we cannot cancel the order.

✨ Can I adjust my order? (size, color, design, address)

If you sent a message within an hour of placing your order, we can change all the information (shirt size, color, design, quantity, and address) However, if you contact us within 1 hour after ordering, our manager can check and change your order only if the printing step has not started yet. It is not allowed to change the order information when production begins.

✨ I received the order but there is a problem. Can you help me?

f you received a damaged product or a different product, kindly message us with the photos within 7 days of the delivery date, then we will take care of it, no worries! If you contact us 7 days after receiving your order, it is impossible to follow up on the problem. Therefore, when the delivery is complete, I recommend you to open the product and try it on and check it as soon as possible.

Received our mug for Father’s Day for my dad and husband. One of the mugs was that was sent to me was the wrong color I ordered. I spoke with the seller and told them about it. They immediately sent me a new mug with the correct color and told me to save the other mud that was sent to me. Amazing customer service and the quality of the mug is perfect!
