Will the statue have bubbles?

Due to the nature of concrete sometimes bubbles are unavoidable. I will take every effort to minimize bubbles.

What should I do in preparation of painting the statue?

Soak the concrete statue with water prior to applying paint. Soaking a concrete statue with water before painting helps the paint adhere better and last longer.
