When will my order ship?

When you ordered, you received an Etsy email with a shipping timeline, we ship packages within that window, usually at or near the end. If we need more time, we'll contact you.

How will I know my order is shipped?

You'll receive an email from us when we print the shipping label. Your order will ship within 24hrs of receiving that email (we usually print labels the night before they ship).

Is package tracking included?

Yes, but in sometimes our USPS carrier forgets to scan the package and the tracking just says that it is in "Pre-Transit" until it gets to the next hub. Just contact us and we'll make sure that it is on its way.

Can I add something to my order?

Yes. Just purchase everything you want in a second order and we'll just cancel and refund the original order. Just reach out to us to get the process going.

What if something is wrong with my order?

With so many things going on, we unintentionally can forget some parts or customizations. If this happens to you, just message us and we'll make it right. We can generally ship missing items by the next day. If we need to remake parts due to damage it might take a few more days.

Why does my international order show as delivered to California?

When shipping internationally, we send packages via USPS, which first delivers them to an international hub facility—often in California. At this point, USPS tracking will mark the package as “delivered.” However, your order is not at its final destination yet! From there, the package is picked up by Ascendia, which transports it to your country and hands it off to your local postal service for final delivery. If your tracking shows "delivered" to a U.S. hub but you haven’t received your package yet, rest assured that it’s still in transit. You can check for updates using your tracking number with your local postal service once it arrives in your country.
