CHOOSE HOW YOU WORK
Customize in Canva: change wording, flavors, fonts and colors in your own template copy.
Type into a PDF: use the supplied fillable form in Adobe Acrobat Reader, then save each order as a separate file.
Print and handwrite: use a printable form for your clipboard or order binder.
Use your stylus: import a printable PDF into a compatible PDF annotation or notes app. App features and any charges vary.

PRESET OR BLANK MENU
Use the preset options to record cake sizes, flavors, fillings and frosting. Choose the blank-menu files when you want to write or type your own menu choices.

KEEP THE DETAILS IN ONE PLACE
Record customer details, pickup date and time, occasion, servings, design notes, cake choices, allergy notes, quoted price, deposit, balance and order status.

PLEASE NOTE
This is a digital download. No physical product, tablet, stylus or app subscription is included.
A Canva account is needed to customize the Canva template.
Canva edits do not update the supplied fillable PDFs. Exporting from Canva does not automatically recreate interactive PDF fields.
Amounts and calendar dates are entered manually. There are no automatic totals or online order submissions.
The reference area is for sketches or separately added images; it is not an interactive photo-upload field.
Use these files for your own bakery or personal orders. Do not resell or redistribute the blank files or template link.

HOW TO ACCESS YOUR FILES
After payment is confirmed, open your Etsy purchases in a computer or mobile browser and download all five PDFs. Open file 01 first for your Canva link and instructions.
