Take your laser engraving to the next level with this 3-D Printed jig designed to hold up to four slate or wood coasters securely in place. Each Jig is designed with recessed inlays and two clamping areas to ensures perfect alignment and consistency for every engraving job. Printed in either Black or White, this jig can be used with any laser with a surface area that can accomidate up to 9.5 x 9.5 inches.

*Please Note-Due to the many variations and settings that go with each machine no instructions will be provided with this order. If you need suggestions on settings research your specific machine on youtube. There is a plethera of knowledge availble that may be helpful to your specific circumstances.

📐 Dimensions:
Jig is approximately 9.5 inches wide by 9.5 inches tall and roughly 1/4 inch thick.
Each of the four sections will fit either a 4 inch round or square coaster.
This jig can accomidate both 4" slate and wood coasters.

🎨 Color:
Black or White. More colors to come soon.

✅ While designed with XTool machines in mind (S1, M1, P3) this jig can be used with most lasers as long as their surface area can accomidate up to 9.5 x 9.5 inches.

This coaster jig is going to save me a ridiculous amount of time on my xTool D1 Pro. Round coasters, square coasters, drop them in and go instead of playing “line it up and hope.” 🤣 Repeat placement is going to be consistent, which means fewer test burns, less wasted material, and a whole lot less eye twitching. Perfect for batch work and market prep. Basically turns coaster production from chaotic energy into assembly line mode🙌🏻
