We do our best to avoid using moonstone pieces with severe flaws.

Every effort will be made to ensure your satisfaction with your Michellia purchase. We accept returns and exchanges on most orders within 30 days of initial delivery. Since each piece of Michellia Jewelry is individually handcrafted to order, all returns (excluding ones related to craftsmanship defects) will incur a 30% restocking fee.

If you wish to exchange your piece for a different style, we can apply the full amount (minus the exchange fee) of your original purchase to a new purchase of equal or greater value. Exchange is limited to one time per customer; A one-time $100 exchange fee will be charged for all exchanges to cover additional shipping & handling.

Searching for the perfect engagement ring can be a daunting task, especially when one decides to shop online for it. I knew my girlfriend wanted a moonstone, but most of the rings I found online and in brick and mortar stores we're not quite what I was looking for. When I found this 4-prong ring from Michellia Designs, I knew it was perfect for my special lady. I purchased the ring on May 25th, and was told it would take 6 weeks to receive the ring in the mail. I asked Michelle if she could expedite the ring so I could propose to her Memorial Day weekend. Michelle put the ring in the mail the day I emailed her, and I got it two days later. The photos don’t do these rings justice as they are even more beautiful in person. Michellia Designs even customized my order and substituted white sapphires in the band instead of diamonds. Absolutely perfect!
