My original order was lost so the shop had to reship it. I did have to send them an email from Amazon stating the package was lost in transit so that was a pain that I had to do that work and not the shop. When I told them it seemed to be stuck somewhere I would've hoped they would've done some investigation on their end. Customer Service was ok, they seemed to only reply at night so it took a bit to figure all that out with the back and forth. I also thought the order would come in time for Father's Day but it hadn't been shipped by Father's Day. The picture came out very nice but it was a little off and I missed that during the review process when the proof was sent to me. All in all I would order from this shop again.
