I would have given it a five. The download came very quickly, I printed and even laminated it. There is an error in section 7 under tile combos. It shows Pung = 3 tiles and the diagram illustrates 4 tiles. On the Etsy sales page it's correct. I know there is a problem there, it's ok, but I hope the download is fixed for the next purchaser.
