I am very disappointed with this purchase. The measurements given in the advertisement for size XL are inaccurate and do not correspond to the garment received. Upon checking, the actual dimensions are smaller than advertised, making the dress much smaller than expected. I also encountered delivery problems, as the package was redirected to a collection point without my request. Despite my efforts to find a solution, I did not receive a satisfactory response. I do not recommend this seller due to the discrepancy between the product received and the description in the listing.

The size chart refers to bust circumference measurements, while the measurements shown in your photos were taken using a different method and are not directly comparable. The courier followed its standard delivery procedure after unsuccessful delivery attempts by transferring the parcel to a pickup point. Throughout the process, I remained available to assist and even offered a goodwill return despite our shop policy. I always strive to provide accurate listings and excellent customer service.
