1. Order and choose your size.
2. Add your photo (and any extra reference photos) in the personalisation boxes at checkout.
3. We send you a digital preview.
4. You approve it, or ask for changes.
5. We finish and post it to you.

📸 Photos
We work from the details in your photo, so please send clear, well-lit images taken straight-on or at a slight angle, with the face visible and no heavy filters. Add a reference photo for any outfit or pose you'd like included. If you're not sure a photo will work, message us before ordering.

ℹ️ Likeness
These are hand-sculpted miniatures, not exact copies. We aim for a strong likeness (usually around 90%), but each one is a small artistic version of your photo. Photo quality, angle and the chosen size all affect the result, and smaller sizes hold less fine detail. Small differences in features are normal for a handmade item.

↩️ Returns
As each item is made to order, we can't usually accept returns unless it arrives damaged or faulty. If it's damaged in transit, we'll replace or resend it at no extra cost.

📏 Model Sizes
Our model sizes refer to the largest dimension of the finished model, including the base, so that it fits perfectly inside the acrylic display box included with your order.
For example:

* A 100 mm model means the longest part of the completed model (including the base) will be approximately 100 mm.
* The remaining dimensions are scaled proportionally to keep everything looking natural.

As a general guide, larger models allow for much finer facial features and clothing details, while smaller models have more limited detail due to their size.
If you're unsure which size is best, just send us a message and we'll happily recommend one.

Every model is individually handmade from your photos.
We aim to achieve around 90% likeness, while keeping our hand-finished miniature style. Every miniature is a small artistic interpretation rather than an exact copy.
Please note that the final result depends on:

* The quality of your photos
* The angles provided
* The level of detail visible
* The size you choose (larger models naturally capture more detail)

🚚 Preview & Dispatch
Before we make your model, we'll send you a digital preview to make sure you're happy with everything.
Once you've approved the preview, we'll begin production.
Your dispatch date is confirmed after the preview has been approved, allowing enough time to:

* Print your model
* Hand finish and assemble it
* Carry out quality checks
* Carefully package it for delivery

📦 Returns
