See my review for a Suede Green Pork Pie Hat (I order a tan and a green) for my Pastors Birthday. WHO PUTS SUEDE DRESS HATS IN A DANG PLASTIC BAG SHRUNK WRAPPED IN BUBBLE TAPE!!!! And AFTER—they ASSURED me (at my request) they would be shipped in ‘crush-proof’ boxes! THEY WERE SUPPOSEDLY CUSTOM DYED BUT THEY ARRIVED FILTHY, POORLY CONSTRUCTED (bands cut crooked and stitching on the brim either knotted or overlapping in spots). And CRUMPLED!!!!! I’ve ordered a lot of items through the mail—but NEVER (and I’m 62) NEVER nothing in this condition with such CARELESSNESS. I’ve shopped with Etsy 14 years and will continue because they took care of me. Thank GOD.”

HATS WERE HORRIBLE!!! Etsy refunded me my money for two hats (approx $75 a piece) that were supposed to be CUSTOM. However, I am STILL UPSET because they were for my pastors Birthday. Seller assured me and agreed they would look JUST like the picture (why I chose) AND—as I asked for: they would also be shipped in:‘crush proof’ boxes. They arrived in a white plastic bag and inside—the SUEDE hats were smooshed together and tightly wrapped in gosh dang BUBBLE WRAP WITH OLD YELLOWING TAPE with my name written on the tape with a black sharpie!!!! I was not going to open that bag because I KNOW what I was going to find but Etsy made me in order to send them photos. They looked HORRIBLE. I was SO MAD…I could even cry and I wanted to because I wanted what I saw for my Pastor so bad. If I were you…just DON’T.
