great customer service with rapid updates on the prosess of my order and the delivery. nice and quick responses if there were any questions from my side. the product itself is also great, keeps my sourdough soft and mold free for about a week. the bag is also made of good material and folds up nicely when not in use. the clip is of good quality and helps keep the bag sealed, if I need another one of theese I know I will return here for it!
