"Mint condition" refers to an item that is in pristine, like-new state with no signs of wear or defects. "Excellent Condition" Item has been used but shows very minimal signs of wear or handling, suggesting that the item is well-maintained and retains its original beauty. "Very Good Condition" shows evidence of handling, such as minor signs of wear or use, but without any major flaws. This suggests the piece has been well-cared for and remains in good condition overall. "Good condition" An item has been used but remains in decent shape with no significant damage. While it might show signs of wear, such as minor scratches, scuffs, or other superficial marks, it is still fully functional and aesthetically acceptable.

Please read descriptions carefully. Most of the vintage items in my shop are pre-owned; therefore, I do not know what type of environment they came from. I have a smoke-free, pet-friendly home; however, my pets are not allowed inside my shop. I clean items when possible and appropriate, and describe them as best as I can, noting any flaws that I see. All vintage items are sold “AS IS.” If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me immediately for a resolution prior to leaving feedback. I will work with you to resolve the issue.

International Shipping?

All payments must clear before shipping from Canada (except to the USA). International buyers are responsible for Duties (Customs/Import fees) for their countries. I have no control over your country’s import fees, and these are separate from the shipping charge. Once I mail your package and it leaves the Canada, it is your responsibility to pay any fees your country imposes to pick it up. Your Customs Form will be filled out with the package contents and the price you paid. I cannot mark items as gifts or change the value on the form. Purchased items refused due to Duty tax will NOT receive a refund.

Damage during shipping? Can I get a replacement for a item that was damaged during shipping?

Please let me know as soon as possible if damage has occurred. Send photos of the item, damage and the shipping container. You will be contacted in regards to a insurance claim and a form will be sent to your supplied email address. Usually within 24 hours of the photos and insurance claim being received a full refund "less the shipping amount" will be issued. Due to the fact that most items I sell are one-of-a-kind I am unable to supply a replacement. Please see the FAQ - Damage during shipping in regards to a refund.

Due to the nature of the items I sell I cannot take returns or refunds. I will however credit back items that arrive broken less the cost of shipping. Please supply a photo of the item as it was received and I will issue a credit within 24 hours.

"F/VG" - Fine book in very good jacket. " Fine/Like New (F)"Book may have been read. Looks new and has no defects. 'Near Fine (NF)" Clean, with no defects, but may show slight wear at edges of book or dust jacket. "Very Good (VG)" Shows signs of wear. May have minor defects: clipped or chipped dust jacket. "Good (G)" Average used book with all pages present. May have any of the defects above to a greater degree, including highlighting, library markings, or loose bindings. "Fair (FR) " May be very worn, soiled, torn, or barely holding together. "Poor (P)" May have extensive damage from moisture or insects; detached boards; parts may be missing; marginally salable unless very unusual.

Shipping Regular Mail

Items shipped in regular mail (regular or manilla envelope) will not have a tracking number on it. Please take that into consideration when purchasing items.
