Everything is interconnected so that the list is generated directly from the plan and nothing is forgotten.

File 2 is the accompanying booklet with more than 25 pages. It explains why eating feels so difficult every day, what lies behind the mental load in the kitchen, and how to truly achieve relief, not just in theory. It includes explanations and practical suggestions for your family.
