✅ Ring Sizes: Regular sizes 4-12US, all sizes customizable; if you cannot find your size in the list, please feel free to contact customer service.​
✅ Size Surcharge: For 10k/14k/18k Gold rings, sizes over 12US will incur an additional $50 per ring; no extra charge for 925 Sterling Silver rings over 12US.​
✅ Material Upgrade: Metal material can be changed according to requirements, please contact customer service for specific details.

✔ RETURN POLICY ✔
• Please be advised that customized or engraved items are not returnable or exchangeable.
• Non-personalized rings are eligible for exchanges and returns.
• Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the ring for an exchange or return and return the ring within 30 days.

⏳ PROCESSING & SHIPPING​
❥ Processing Time: All rings are handcrafted. It takes 2-3 weeks to complete production after we receive your payment; rush order can be shortened to 2 weeks.​
❥ Rush Order Service: If you are in a hurry, please contact us for rush order service. We will finish the ring within 2 weeks! The rush order fee is $60.​
❥ Shipping Instructions: We usually declare the item as a ring sample with a value of $20-$200. Any additional customs taxes/duties shall be borne by the buyer.​
❥ Receiving Notes: Please leave your contact number in the order note or send it to us via message (we will not ship the item without a phone number) to ensure safe delivery. We usually do not ship to PO Box addresses with no one to sign for the package; if you must ship to a PO Box, the buyer shall be responsible for any loss of the item.

🔄 RETURN & REFUND POLICY​
1. No Quality Issues: 7-day return without reason is supported. You need to contact customer service within 5 days after receipt. A restocking fee of 20%-30% of the order amount will be charged for returns/exchanges (depending on the ring style).​
2. Quality Issues: Within half a year after receipt, a free replacement of a new ring is available for non-man-made damage; after half a year, we need to confirm the quality issue first, and a reasonable fee will be charged for repairs.​
3. Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made items, rush orders, engraved items
4. Return Requirements: Items must be returned in unused (original) condition (original packaging, no wear, no modification), otherwise we reserve the right to refuse returns. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the returned item, with shipping fees, handcraft fees and rush order fees deducted from the original payment.

🛡️ WARRANTY SERVICE​
✅ Free Warranty: We provide a half year free warranty service (excluding man-made damage). Within half year, if the moissanite falls off, small stones will be re-inlaid for free, and a reasonable fee of $20-$200 will be charged for large stones.​
✅ Man-Made Damage: Whether within the warranty period or not, stone replacement and repairs will require payment of stone fees + shipping fees.​
