Yes, you can return a "Made to Order" item as long as it is within our usually sold designs. Fully custom orders can not be returned, but we will made every effort for you to be happy with your purchase.

While our standard turn around time is within three weeks, we can often get items to you sooner. It depends on how custom the item it is, how involved its creation process is, and our current volume of orders.

If you need your item in less than a month, please ask about availability first, then purchase the "Rush Order Add On" with your item. Rush Order fees are not refundable.

Once you have approved a custom design, a listing will be made for you. Creation of your custom item will begin once payment is received.
