All pages and journals are sized A5. Pages come hold punched to fit directly inside of your 6 ring journal which is available on my shop! For other sizing details please refer to each products description or reach out to us by sending a message. 💖

Do you accept returns?

We generally do not accept returns because all products are handmade. If you have a problem with your order please reach out to me and we will be more than happy to work something out to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase from our shop. 💗

Where do you ship your products?

We are based in New York, United States and ship worldwide! We understand shipping internationally can be expensive, therefore we offer a 20% discount code for all international orders. If you are interested in the code, please send a message to us and we will be happy to share it with you! 😊

What is your processing time?

Our processing time varies based on how many orders we receive around the time that you place your order. Processing time is generally 1-3 business days. Although when we receive a higher volume of orders, it can be up to 3-5 business days. Please refer to the estimated delivery date to see a general idea of when your package will come! 📦

How long is the delivery time?

Delivery time varies based on what you purchase as the weight changes the mail class we ship with. Overall the delivery time can be anywhere from 1-6 business days (when delivering to the United States). Upgrading your package to priority will ensure your package is delivered within 1-4 days of when we send it out. Upgrading to priority express will ensure your package is delivered within 1-2 days of when we send it out. Please reach out to us for an estimated delivery date if you are worried your package may not arrive in time! 💌 For international orders: Delivery time ranges from 1-8 weeks depending on where you are located. Please message us with the country you are ordering from if you would like more detailed estimated delivery date.
