The white cardigan shrug sweater came in exactly when it was supposed to, and it was delicately placed in an air sealed bag, which I really appreciated. It looks exactly as pictured; it smells as expected and does require a gentle wash before use. Just an FYI, don’t dry it, if you don’t know; if you really have to, only dry on the lowest heat setting for five to ten minute intervals.
