All sizes are provided in each listing. Typically, to comfortably wear a watch on your wrist, you need to add about 0.3 inches (1 cm) to the actual size of your wrist. The listings indicate the maximum total length of the watch. That is, if your wrist size + 0.3 inches is approximately equal to or less than the size of the watch specified in the description - then this watch will fit you in length (possibly after shortening, which we can do at your request). If you have any further questions, feel free to send us a message.

Dry cleaning or gentle use of special wet wipes is recommended for our watches. As these are vintage pieces, it’s best to avoid getting them wet during wear or cleaning. Given the age of these items, please refrain from using harsh chemicals for cleaning. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out in a personal message!

Gift wrapping and packaging

Gift wrap is possible! Depending on the type of wrapper you want and the item you bought, you may need a minimum surcharge. If you have additional questions, ask them to me in a personal message.

Unique or rare things

If you need something rare or unpopular that is not on display in my store. Then you can ask me - I have many familiar collectors who have a lot of interesting things that they are willing to say goodbye to a fair reward!)

Loss of parcel in the mail

If the parcel is lost in transit (and the tracking number shows it was not delivered), either the store or the Etsy marketplace will cover the loss. If the parcel is marked as "Delivered" by the postal service, the store is not liable for any loss. You can also contact Etsy support - they may be able to assist you in resolving this issue. We’re happy to provide all available information to help you locate your package or file a claim with your local post office.

We accept returns and issue refunds to ensure your satisfaction. Items must be returned in original condition and well packaged. Buyers are responsible for return shipping, as well as any customs fees or taxes from their country. Once we receive the item and confirm its condition, we’ll refund the purchase price and any taxes paid at checkout. Shipping costs (both ways) and any return customs fees are non-refundable. Free shipping is a promotional offer. If you return an item, the original shipping cost (typically $17–$30 USD depending on size) will be deducted from your refund. Most watches qualify for the minimum rate of $17 USD.

All customs fees for buyers from the United States are paid at the time of purchase, which means you will not need to pay anything extra upon receiving your order. Customs duties (if applicable and not paid immediately upon purchase) for all other countries are paid by the buyer upon receipt of the package.
