Since every item is custom-made just for you, we need 2-5 business days to print and prepare your order. Standard shipping within the US typically takes an additional 3-7 business days. During peak holiday seasons, processing may take a little longer, but we always work hard to get your items to you as fast as possible! 📦

Custom and personalized orders

Because all of our items are made-to-order specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for wrong sizes or change of mind. However, your satisfaction is our top priority! If your item arrives damaged, or if there is a printing error, please send us a message with a clear photo within 14 days of delivery, and we will happily rush a replacement to you at no extra cost. 🤝
