What do I do if item arrives damaged or Seller misrepresented the item?

If item arrives damage or broke, please convo seller with what the damage is, and a picture or two of the broken item, the gold box and the outside packaging. We will contact you within 24 hours with further instructions. Seller Misrepresented item: Contact seller immediately after delivery of package. Let us know how it was misrepresented. We will review and contact you within 24 hours with instructions. We do not refund for any of the following reasons: a) Buyers remorse b) Improper size or fit (unless we misrepresented the size) c) Shipping to you or return postage d) If covered by postal insurance e) Color in pictures not exact f) If we shipped on time, but package did not arrive on time (ie Christmas or Birthday gift)

Restocking Fees and Shipping Charges if Item is returned
