Will I receive a preview of my print?

If you would like a preview of your print, please let us know when you make your order. All previews will be sent through Etsy message. If we don't hear back from you before the dispatch date of your order, the print will be shipped with the personalisation details provided.

Can I have a refund or cancel my order?

Because each print is personalised, we are unable to offer refunds or accept cancellations once a print has been designed.

What if I made a mistake with the personalisation of my order?

Please ensure your personalisation details are correct at the time of ordering and include any names or text exactly as you would like displayed on the print. If you have made a mistake, please ensure you let me know ASAP of the changes you need to make. Please note, if your print has already been designed and printed, I am unable to make any changes.

What if there is a problem with my order?

If there are any issues at all with your order, please let me know about this within 48 hours of delivery so I can rectify this as soon as possible.

What if my address is incorrect?

If the delivery address on the order isn't correct, please contact me as soon as possible with the correct address so that your order is sent out to the correct address. I am not responsible for incorrect/incomplete addresses and therefore no refunds will be given.
