HELIOR is a UK-based fine jewellery brand. Each piece is designed and specified by HELIOR, then crafted to order by us or specialist fine-jewellery manufacturing partners . Every piece is produced to precise specifications, quality-checked, and—where required—independently hallmarked by the Birmingham Assay Office before dispatch. Is HELIOR jewellery UK hallmarked?

Yes. All HELIOR jewellery that requires hallmarking under UK law is independently tested and hallmarked by the Birmingham Assay Office. A UK hallmark confirms the precious metal content of the piece. For platinum, this is typically marked as “950”. If an item is exempt due to its weight, this will always be clearly stated in the product listing.

Will I pay import duties on a US order?
