International Shipping Situation

Due to reasons regarding the type of packaging materials allowed into certain countries, I can no longer ship to GERMANY, NORTHERN IRELAND, ITALY AND SPAIN. If orders come in from any of those countries. We will have to cancel and refund the order. Some of my listings may not read your countries name, but I am not able to go through each individual listing to change or add. That is why it may not be mentioned. I apologize about this. But your countries policies are out of my control.

Do you accept returns or give refunds?

We are a small family business. We do NOT take returns for changing your mind, wrong color, wrong size, event canceled, weather delays. We take a lot of time to provide photos, list flaws and to hand measure every single item. We also know that no two computer or phone screens are the same so coloring can vary. We ship promptly according to the timelines we post and many times sooner. If your item arrives late, it is 100% due to postal or weather delays and nothing we are responsible for. Do not blame us or retaliate with negative feedback. We do NOT give refunds.

WE DO NOT CANCEL ORDERS - once it is placed, we pull your item from the warehouse and package it up. Those that had it saved in their carts are made aware that it sold so they move on to another item of interest. We also are a small business so money that comes in, goes right back out for the expenses of the business and to keep the inventory fresh and rotating. So this is why, I have this policy, so that my family business can stay in operation.

This is the most frustrating one. It is not possible to buy something by mistake when you have to add it to your cart. Shipping is added and tallied up. Then you have to add your credit card payment. If you have several things in your cart and they're from different sellers, it asks you if you want to check out together or you can purchase each item individually. Therefore, along with our other no cancellation policy, this reason to cancel is not viable or honored.
