Yes, we love creating custom orders. Please contact us through ETSY with your request, including details such as sizing, color, and design. We will do our best to accommodate your request and provide you a quote for your custom order.

Custom & Personalized Order Cancellations

We start our work right away in order to offer quick shipping times. Due to our quick shipping turnaround, we can only accept cancellations within 4 hours of your orders being placed. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options.

Custom & Personalized Order Returns

As all items in our shop are made-to-order and specifically crafted just for you, we are unable to offer refunds or returns on personalized pieces. If there is a material defect with the item or if we made a mistake, we will be more than happy to create a new one for you.

Non-Personalized Order Returns

Non-personalized items are eligible for returns, and the buyer is responsible for shipping the product back to us and a 20% restocking fee.

My wood product doesn't look exactly like the picture

The best thing about wood is every piece is unique and different! Color, grain pattern, shapes, sizes, knots, & markings are all unique and different on each piece of wood. We can't guarantee that your piece will look identical to any other piece. Many of our products are laser engraved and the laser can engrave differently on each piece of wood. Some engravings will be lighter than others. We do not accept returns because you do not like the color, shape, pattern, etc. of the wood used in your product.

Laser Engraved Products

Many of our products are laser engraved. This process uses high energy to mark or remove material and can give you precise details on your custom products! For our Metal Products: The laser removes the powder coat paint leaving behind a shinny metallic color below. The laser does not harm the metal and is permanent. The design will not fade over time. For our Wood Products: The laser burns into the wood removing material and depending on the wood, it can vary from a dark almost black in color to a light brown burn where you get more subtle detail. Since wood color varies, even within species, the laser will engrave differently on each piece of wood. Some engravings will be lighter than others.
