I can't find my download, how do I access it?

To access your digital PDF file, go to "Your Account" > "Purchases and Reviews" and look for the order. To the right of the order, click Download Files. You can't download a digital purchase through the Etsy app at this time. To download a digital file, please sign in to Etsy on your mobile browser or a non-mobile computer. If you checked out as a guest, you'll find a link to download your purchase in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase.

1. All you need is a free Canva account to be able to download and edit the templates. You can sign up at partner.canva.com/Ygq7Eq. 2. After you order, you will receive immediate access to a PDF Download Guide with the link and instructions to download your files. 3. Start editing and customizing your template. You can edit anything you would like in Canva including images, elements, fonts, and colors. 4. Save your design as a PDF, PNG, or JPEG and use it for your business.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds or exchanges are not available as digital items cannot be returned. If you have any issues with your order please reach out! If you have any problems with the download or file, please contact me and I’ll do anything I can to help you.

Can I reshare the templates or resell them as my own?

No. The templates are copyrighted by © your shop name and for personal use for you and your own business only. You CANNOT share, redistribute, resell, transfer, or give the templates away to others (meaning as editable files in Canva or template format) - not paid or for free, even if you have made modifications. You CAN sell or give away FINISHED FILES files you create with the templates such as eBooks, social media posts, or lead magnets (finished files such as PDFs, JPEGs, or PNGs). By purchasing this product you accept these terms. Violations will not be tolerated.

Are the images shown in the mock-up included?

Yes, the photos you see in the product images are will be included in the template. All the stock images came from the thousands of free stock photos in Canva. You can easily replace them by dragging and dropping your own photos into the frames in the template or use free stock photo sites such as Unsplash.com to find images. Some backgrounds can not be changed.

When do I get access to my purchase?

As soon as your payment is approved you will get access to the templates. This purchase is a digital INSTANT DOWNLOAD, no physical copy will be shipped.
