📢Shipping Time Varies by location (we are located in Sugar Land, Texas) please consider that our turn around time is 1 to 3 business days.

🧨In cases where your shirt is delivered to you with the inside part stuck together. Please do not worry and reach inside the shirt and pull it apart, whether you pull it quickly or slowly, there will be no problem.
We pack it without separating it so that you understand that the shirt is specially produced for you.

⭐Which brand do you use for t-shirts?
We use Gildan Soft Style, Bella Canvas Unisex, Rustic United, Outlash Wear, Tees Factory and Next Level when we have a shortage of stocks for certain colors and sizes. ( if there is a brand that you especially prefer among these brands; You must add it as a note to your order.) Our printing method is premium vinyl , dtf and heat press. (We create a pattern by spraying paint on transparent paper and transfer the resulting pattern onto the shirt using the hot printing method.)

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Since all items are customized for each customer, all sales are FINAL. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

 We don't accept returns, exchanges. Exchanges/Refunds are only granted if the incorrect item has been sent by the seller or damaged or defective.
 Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
Note that if there is a problem with your order, you must notify us within three days of the delivery date.

RETURNED PACKAGES
The customer is responsible for ensuring the shipping address at checkout is correct and verified through USPS. If the customers package is returned to me, I will contact the customer, but the customer is responsible for paying postage on the package to have it re-shipped.

I respond within 24-48 hours to messages sent Monday-Friday. Messages received on the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and Holidays may vary for response time.
