Custom and personalized orders

Each item is thoughtfully created with your custom details in mind. Because every piece is unique, we can’t accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, just let us know — we’ll be happy to help! We try our best to show colors accurately, but slight variations may happen due to monitor settings. Minor color differences aren’t eligible for refunds.

How long will it take for my product to arrive?

Each item is made with care just for you, and usually takes 1–5 days (around 3 on average) to produce and prepare. After that, standard shipping typically takes 2–5 business days. Thank you for your patience — we can’t wait for you to receive your special piece!

Can I customize the fringe colors?

The blanket includes black and white fringe on two sides and multicolor fringe on the other two sides. At this time, fringe colors cannot be customized.

All items are made to order just for you, so all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases where the wrong item was sent, or the item arrives damaged or defective. If there’s ever a problem with your order, please contact us — we’ll be happy to help and make it right!

Will the woven blanket colors look exactly like the photos?

Colors may vary slightly due to the woven process. Each shade is created by blending multiple yarn tones, which gives every blanket its own unique character. The finished blanket may appear softer and less saturated than the digital preview, with a beautiful vintage-inspired look that is part of the charm of a woven piece.

Are the woven blankets machine washable?

Yes! Our woven blankets are machine washable. Care instructions: Machine wash cold, max 30°C / 90°F, on a gentle cycle with mild detergent. Use non-chlorine bleach only when needed. Tumble dry on low heat.
