Because our woven blankets are made-to-order and personalized using your submitted photos and custom text, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Custom items are final sale and cannot be resold.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders cannot be canceled once a design proof has been approved and submitted into production. Please double-check all personalization details before approving your proof.

Do you provide a proof before printing?

Yes! A design proof will be sent through Etsy messages before your blanket is printed. We want you to feel confident before production begins.

What if I don’t like the design or art style after it’s printed?

Our blankets feature a custom doodle illustration style. Once a proof is approved, the order becomes final sale and we cannot offer refunds or returns for personal preference or style opinion. Please review your proof carefully before confirming.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your blanket arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will gladly provide a replacement or resolution.

How do I send my photos for customization?

After placing your order, please send your photos through Etsy messages so we can begin creating your custom design proof.

How long does processing and shipping take?

All physical items are printed and shipped through our production partner. Processing and shipping times vary by product, and delivery estimates shown at checkout may change during busy seasons.

Can you guarantee delivery dates?

Shipping timelines shown at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier. While we do our best to get your order into production quickly, we cannot guarantee exact arrival dates due to possible carrier delays.
