How do I access my digital files?

After purchase, Etsy will provide a PDF access file through your Etsy account under Purchases and Reviews. Etsy may also email a download link to the email address connected to your account. Open the PDF and follow the instructions inside. The PDF contains the link to access your purchased files, templates, Canva links, planners, or downloads. For the easiest access, please use a web browser, not the Etsy app.

Most printable artworks include print-ready files in common ratios such as 2:3, 3:4, 4:5, 5:7, ISO, and/or 11x14, depending on the listing. These ratios work for many standard sizes, including 4x6, 8x10, 11x14, 12x16, 16x20, 18x24, 20x30, and 24x36 inches, plus A5, A4, A3, A2, and A1. Please check each listing for the exact sizes included.

Do you offer printed versions of your artwork?

Yes, selected artworks may be available as physical prints. Please check each listing carefully before purchasing. Digital artwork listings are downloads only, while physical art print listings will clearly state that a printed product will be shipped. Can I resell or use your products commercially?

Commercial resale, mass production, digital redistribution, or printed resale is not allowed without permission or the correct commercial license.

Do you accept returns or cancellations?

Digital products cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled once purchased. For physical or print-on-demand products, please contact us if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect. We will help resolve the issue. Because made-to-order items are created especially for you, we cannot usually accept returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or wrong shipping details entered at checkout.

Can I use the interior design templates for client work?

Yes. You may use the interior design templates for your own projects, portfolio, internal workflow, and client presentations. You may not resell, share, redistribute, or use the templates to create competing template products.

How do Canva templates work?

After purchase, your PDF access file will include a link to open the template in Canva. You will need a free Canva account to edit the design. Canva Pro is only needed if a listing specifically mentions Pro elements. Please check the listing description for exact details.

I used Apple Pay — where is my download?

If you checked out using Apple Pay or an Apple ID, Etsy may send your download link to a private or randomly generated Apple email address. You can still access your order by logging into Etsy on a web browser and going to: www.etsy.com/your/purchases From there, download the PDF access file and follow the instructions inside.

Why isn’t the button inside the PDF clickable?

If the button or link inside the PDF is not clickable, the PDF may be opening in preview mode. Please download the PDF to your device first. Then open it in a web browser such as Safari, Chrome, or Edge and click the link again. If you still have trouble, message us through Etsy and we’ll help you access your files.
