If only a name is included, personalization and style will default to the main listing photo. Custom design requests outside of the original listing design are available for an additional $10.

-Names, fonts, and text colors are customizable. Decal coloration cannot be altered.

🥑 MOCK-UPS
Mockups must be requested in personalization at checkout. One mockup is included with purchase if requested. If you request a mockup of your sign, any changes may be made for 24 hours after receiving the mockup. Additional mockups are subject to additional charges.

🥑 SHIPPING
We offer free shipping within the contiguous U.S. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, P.O. Boxes, and other remote areas may require an additional shipping fee due to higher carrier costs. If this applies to your order, we'll reach out before processing.

🥑 REFUNDS / REPLACEMENTS
Due to the banners being made to order, we do not offer refunds or replacements for banners that are received as ordered. We are also unable to offer refunds or replacements due to the aesthetics of kraft paper, such as minor spots and specs of varying colors within the paper itself. If your banner arrives incorrect or damaged, please message us within the first 48 hours of delivery including a photo of the banner and packaging.
We are able to cancel and refund your order if requested within 12 hours of ordering.

🥑 HANGING
These banners do not come with hanging hardware. They are very lightweight, and can be easily displayed with double sided tape or your preferred method of choice.
