The item arrived extremely well-packaged and before the promised arrival date. The cutting board arrived oiled and waxed. It was much better looking in person than on the picture. It has performed beyond my expectations. I'm extremely satisfied as I was considering a "name brand" cutting board that costs 3X the cost of this one. I have also received emails from the sender making sure that I was satisfied with the promise to correct any faults. I have referred several of my friends to this site. I would absolutely purchase from this vendor again!
