Q: If I send you a picture, can you make a custom design based on it?
A: Yes! I can't guarantee an exact match to your picture, but I can usually get pretty close. I am most accurate with pictures of pets, including dogs, cats, and horses, but I love a challenge!

Q: I received my USPS tracking number a while ago, but my item still hasn't arrived, what should I do?
A: Please send me a message. I consider things "lost in the mail" 14 days after they were shipped. If your item hasn't arrived, please reach out using Etsy's Message Seller option and I will work with you to either send a replacement or provide a refund through Etsy's Purchase Protection Program.

Q: My item arrived broken, what should I do?
A: Sometimes the postal service is not as gentle with our packages as we would prefer. Please send me a message via Etsy's Message Seller option and include a picture of the broken item. I will send you a replacement and report the damaged item to USPS. If you prefer a refund, I'll help you work with Etsy's Purchase Protection Program.
