All designs are created by me – Duong, a small business owner and designer behind Duongne. To ensure fast production and delivery, I work with trusted production partners who print and ship your items directly to you.

2. Can I request a custom design or personalization?

Absolutely! I love creating custom pieces. Just send me a message with your idea, and I’ll be happy to discuss and bring it to life for you.

3. How long does it take to receive my order?

Most items are processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times vary by location, but you’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your item is on the way!

4. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Since all products are made-to-order, I cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or there is a mistake with your order. Please contact me right away if there’s any issue — I’m happy to help!

5. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
