At Vilda Varor, we aim to provide a transparent and secure shopping experience. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct when placing your order. For security reasons and to comply with seller protection requirements, we only ship to the address provided at checkout. If you need to change your address, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel and refund the order so it can be placed again with the correct details.
International customers are responsible for ensuring that the purchased goods comply with local regulations in their country.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees that may apply in their country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled if the request is made before the item has been dispatched.

RETURNS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

We accept returns worldwide.
Buyers within the European Union have the legal right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the item.
To initiate a return, the buyer must contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned within 14 days after notifying us.
Please contact us before returning an item so we can assist you with the process.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
Where applicable, any attached security tag must remain intact.
Items that are returned in a condition other than originally sent may be subject to a deduction corresponding to the diminished value.
Returns must be arranged and paid for by the buyer, unless otherwise agreed. The buyer is responsible for selecting a shipping service and for the item until it has been delivered back to us.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

RETURNS FROM OUTSIDE THE EU

For returns from outside the European Union, parcels must be correctly declared as “Returned Goods”. Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide the necessary instructions.

Customers must follow the provided return instructions and include the requested documentation to ensure the shipment is correctly declared as returned goods.

A handling fee of 200 SEK (approx. 22 USD) will be deducted from the refund for all returns arriving from outside the European Union. This fee reflects the administrative costs charged to us by the carrier for customs handling and import processing.

If the return is not correctly declared and documented, import VAT may be applied in addition to the handling fee. Any resulting import charges, taxes, or additional handling fees will be deducted from the refund.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method through Etsy Payments.
If the returned item is not received, or is received in a damaged or altered condition, the refund may be reduced accordingly.

DISCOUNT ADJUSTMENTS

If a purchase qualified for a discount, promotion, or special pricing based on order value, quantity of items, or any other condition, and part of the order is returned, the original eligibility for that discount will be reassessed.
If the return causes the order to no longer meet the conditions of the discount or promotion, the remaining items will be adjusted to their original price, and the refund amount will be updated accordingly.

PRODUCT CONDITION & DESCRIPTION

Each item is individually described and photographed. Buyers are expected to carefully review all images and read the full description to assess the condition of the item.
Most items are vintage and may show signs of wear consistent with age. Deadstock items are unused, but may show minor signs of storage.
We aim to represent all items as accurately as possible using natural lighting. However, slight variations in color may occur depending on screen settings.
All measurements are provided in the listing. Buyers are responsible for ensuring a proper fit based on these measurements.

UNCOLLECTED OR REFUSED SHIPMENTS

If a parcel is refused or not collected and returned to us, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any additional fees incurred.
