Since our products are made to order, we don’t accept returns on personalized items unless they arrive defective. If your mug arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the damage. We’ll replace it or offer a refund—no hassle!

Can I see a proof of the design before it’s printed?

We don’t automatically send proofs to speed up production. If you'd like a preview, please message us when placing your order.
