Do you accept returns, exchanges, or alterations on personalized items and home decor after delivery?

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or requests for alterations on any products after delivery. We ask that you communicate any specific requests through our message conversation during the order process. We only know about a preference or request if you specify it in your message. We will always do our best to accommodate your requests!

What if my package is delayed/lost in transit, or stolen?

"Trend Arts Treasures" is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen — all circumstances beyond our control. Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier, it is their responsibility to deliver it. Please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages. If you suspect mail theft, you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department.

For Digital Download Products, do you accept returns or cancellations?

Due to the nature of the digital download, no refund or cancellation is available. If there's any problem with the image, please contact us for further assistance.

What is a mockup file?

A mockup file is a digital image you can edit with software such as Photoshop, Canva, Design Space, and other photo-editing software. Our Mockup files are flat JPGs and will not include any of our watermark or design on the actual images you'll receive, so you can easily add your own designs to them.

Do I need to have a Canva Account for digital templates?

Yes, you will need to sign up with Canva to access & edit purchased templates. You can sign up for Free or Pro.
