Can I customize the designs or request a custom order?

Yes! We love custom orders. We're both artists by profession and enjoy helping you make something that feels personal to you. Just message us your idea and we'll go from there.

How long does it take to process and ship an order?

Processing time varies by product, typically 2–5 business days to make your item, plus shipping time based on your location and shipping method at checkout. Check the estimated delivery date on each listing before you order.

How does the print-on-demand process work?

Every item is made specifically for you after you order — nothing is pre-made or sitting in a warehouse. This means zero waste and zero overstock, but it also means we can't accommodate changes or cancellations once production begins.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

No, because each item is made to order for your purchase alone, we don't accept returns or exchanges. To help you get it right the first time, every listing includes a size chart, and we're always happy to help you choose a size if you're unsure, just send us your measurements.

What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?

Message us with a photo right away and we'll take care of you. This is the one case where we'll step outside our standard no-returns policy. If you believe your order is missing, please submit a lost package claim with the delivery provider and share a photo of that with us for resolution.
