Step 1: Message us on Etsy to let us know you’re interested in a custom piece, and a team member will respond within a few hours. Step 2: Share your design inspiration, such as a reference image, sketch, or idea. If you don’t have a finalized design, we can help create one based on your vision. Step 3: We craft jewelry using moissanite, sapphire, or other gemstones in 925 sterling silver, 10K, 14K, 18K gold, or platinum, available in white, yellow, or rose gold. Step 4: We provide a CAD design for approval before production and share final product images once completed.

Yes, engraving is available at no extra cost. To avoid errors, we recommend carefully reviewing all engraving details. You may request engraving preview images before your order is shipped.

Jewelry Care Guidelines

Proper care helps maintain the beauty and longevity of your jewelry. Please follow these care tips: I. Remove jewelry during workouts, heavy activities, or while applying perfume and hairspray. II. Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals. III. Do not allow nail polish remover to touch the metal. IV. If used for stone cleaning, ensure nail polish remover does not come into contact with the metal setting. For cleaning, gently brush stones using warm water and mild soap with a soft brush. Rinse thoroughly to remove soap residue and dry using a clean, soft cloth. Avoid using tissues or paper products, as they may scratch the surface.

Order Processing & Delivery Time

Production time depends on design complexity and order volume. Most orders are completed within 7–14 business days. Shipping time varies based on location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery dates are shown during checkout. We also offer express and rush express shipping for urgent orders.

No Returns for General Reasons: All items are handcrafted and made to order. Returns are accepted only in cases of verified manufacturing defects. Returns due to personal preference or change of mind are not accepted. Product Accuracy: We provide clear descriptions and high-quality images to represent each item accurately. If you need clarification before purchasing, feel free to contact us—we’re happy to assist. Eligibility: Returns or exchanges are approved only if a manufacturing defect is present, such as undisclosed flaws or incorrect sizing.

Final Sale on Custom Orders: Items made specifically to your requirements—including engraved or modified designs—are not eligible for return or exchange. Order Details: Please provide precise and complete information when placing a custom order. All details will be confirmed before production begins to ensure accuracy. Design Approval: Once the design and specifications are approved, production will start. Changes requested after this stage may not be possible.

Orders may be canceled within 3 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, cancellation fees apply based on production status: I. Design Phase (within 48 hours): 20% cancellation fee II. Production in Progress: 25% cancellation fee III. Final or Completed Stage: 35% cancellation fee To request a cancellation, please message us via Etsy with your order number. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
