Germany - Verpackungsgesetz (LUCID Packaging Register) Prescribed information for German buyers relating to mandatory packaging requirements.

In 2019 Germany’s Packaging Act VerpackG came into effect, imposing requirements on online retailers selling to buyers in Germany. The Packaging Act promotes recycling and reuse of packaging materials (e.g. cardboard boxes, tape, and bubble wrap). My company is registered at the Packaging Register of the Stiftung Zentrale Stelle Verpackungsregister (Foundation Central Agency Packaging Register – ZSVR) with registration number DE3842652685691. My Dual System Licensing partner for the collection, sorting & recycling of the packaging is ACTIVATE by RECLAY. As a consumer please ensure that all received packaging is disposed of in the right recycling containers, Blue for all paper & cardboard and Yellow for all plastics.

For buyers in the USA. The introduction of tariffs has caused chaos which is easily of the same magnitude as the pandemic, and still remains to be seen if it's actually worse. It certainly looks that way so far. The result is that we have had to increase the postage fees for the US to include the payment of duties at the point of purchase. This prevents it literally being collected by the postman, which was the scenario before we arranged this solution. The increase is about £5 which considering we have not increased our item prices in a decade we consider something closer to a triumph than a fair trade. And that triumph is at the benefit of the buyer, not us.

Vintage from before 2007

The oversized look has become a standard in todays sick fashion landscape but but in the 80s it was a specialised taste only for the daring few. This pair which are part sunglasses and part goggle have a clever side window that make you wonder why more brands don't copy this design but of course some day they will. They also have a matt finish that didn't become a mainstream trend until the 90s.
Used and pre owned condition. There are marks on the lenses where the arms touch when folded back which is unavoidable. It's worse on the left side but we figure this is a huge amount of cool mojo to buy for this amount of money.
