In the personalization field, enter the text for engraving or describe your idea. 4. It is best to write to us immediately so that we can clearly discuss all the details and wishes for the design, and send us your logo, photo, or design via Etsy message after placing your order. Once we receive your order, we will create a preliminary version of the custom design for your approval. We will only begin production once you have confirmed the final design.

How can I order my personalized watch if I have an idea but don't fully understand how to implement it in a watch?

1. Send us a message via Etsy, be open, and I'll help you with everything 2. Write down what you want to see on the dial, send a photo of the logo or symbol, and share the text or special symbols that can also be combined on the dial or engraved on the back cover. 3. We will discuss everything with you in detail, and we will have a clear understanding of where to start. I will suggest a case style and a personalized dial design that will look great. 4. Then I will send you a link to pay for the digital mockup . You pay $12, and the team will start creating your personalized watch on the mockup. 5. In 2-3 days, we will send you the first options of how your watch might look in real life. 6. And you decide whether to continue production.

I want to give my husband a personalized watch, but I'm not sure what he wants.

Just share with us in a message what your husband does 1. If he is in the military, send us the logo of his battalion, possibly his call sign or important words. 2. If the watch face is made entirely from scratch, according to the customer's personal request, the production time is 12-16 business days. It all depends on the complexity of the design and the workload of our craftsmen. But you will receive a unique item that will give you incredible emotions, because there are no other customized dials like this in the world yet. Immediately after shipping, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can track your order.

What mechanisms are used in the manufacture of personalized watches?

1. In most cases, we use self-winding mechanisms from Seiko or Miyota—these are proven mechanisms that have been working for decades. 2. Also, in more budget-friendly models ranging from $170 to $300, a quartz movement from Seiko or Miyota may be installed, or a non-branded movement that we can't say much about, but which is proven and guaranteed to serve you well! 3. Absolutely every watch undergoes 12 stages of testing, so you can be confident in the quality of our products.

Are your personalized watches water resistant?

1. 80% of our range consists of watches with full water resistance of 10 ATM (100 m), meaning you can swim and dive with them. 2. We also have models with water resistance of 3 ATM (30 m), which are definitely not suitable for swimming. 3. All of our water-resistant watches undergo testing using a special barometric chamber after being fully customized for the customer, so don't worry when testing your watch in water.

What kind of glass do you use in your watches?

1. 85% of all models feature genuine sapphire glass, which is completely scratch-resistant. Once you get it, it will stay that way forever. 2. 15% feature mineral glass, but this is in more affordable models priced up to $250.

What is the personalized dial made of?

The methods we use to create personalized dials are exclusive, developed by the Eaglor Chrono team, so there are no analogues. 1. We have learned how to make a dial from a real tank shell, which has an incredible iridescent effect and a textured appearance. Any background relief, background color, words, or logo will look embossed and appealing to the eye. 2. The steel dial uses almost the same technology as the shell, but the logo or inscriptions will stand out in silver. 3. We make multi-layered dials using UV printing (for the color you want in your logo) and overlaying other layers of dials to make it really appealing to look at. In other words, we don't make stickers like others do; it is completely personalized, handmade by craftsmen

Where can I have personalized engraving done?

1. Most of our customers ask for personalized engraving on the back cover. 2. It is also possible to engrave the clasp of the bracelet. 3. We also have a top model for awards and gifts, where engraving can be done on the side of the watch. We have created a special place for this. Therefore, we can do personalized engraving for you wherever possible.

Is it possible to order a batch of watches to award battalions or communities?

Yes, of course, we are open to suggestions, and in our country, we make large batches of watches for awards, from 50 to 300 pieces, without compromising quality, and each one can be personalized with an engraving.
