Why don't you offer returns?

*Please contact us if there is an actual issue with your order, but be aware we cannot accept scales back that have been installed, attempted to install, or knives that have been used in any way. This is impossible for us to verify before sending them back, which is why we typically do not accept returns. *In the event we are willing to make an exception... they must be in the exact same condition they were received, repackaged the same as received, and will be subject to a restocking fee. *Any item returned in just an envelope will be immediately sent back. Items must be returned in a bubble mailer (or box) just like they were sent to you. *And we are not accepting overseas returns at all.

Do You Ship Overseas?

*We are not shipping complete knives out of country right now due to constantly changing customs rules, only the scales/parts can be shipped overseas. *Please note for overseas shipments, they can take anywhere from 3 weeks to 2 months to arrive, sometimes longer due to customs clearing. We ship using Etsy's global shipping, most international carriers do not provide many updates once the package leaves the US. Please be patient. *We are not accepting overseas returns.
