If you have any questions about our houseplants or other listings, please reach out to us. We take great pride in our packaging to ensure safe delivery. It is normal for shipped plants to arrive with some yellowed or dead leaves, particularly if shipped to very hot or cold climates. Rest assured, we work closely with USPS to minimize transit time and stress on the plants.

In the event that your plant(s) arrive damaged, please provide photos of the damage within 24 hours of delivery for resolution so I can see and get right to assistance :)

Please note that order cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase. We are unable to cancel orders that have already been packaged, prepared, or shipped.

As each plant is unique, variations in size, variegation, and leaf count are expected.

Bombshell Botany cannot be held responsible for missing packages due to incorrect addresses.

Bombshell Botany will only provide replacements for orders that are still pending shipment and just message us to confirm.

Unfortunately my firefly was crispy when it arrived. This was no fault of the seller as there were several delays from the postal service and the package ended up taking an extra 5 days to arrive. It is very hot here this week and I know there has been extreme heat across the country so it is not surprising that the plant didn’t make it. Again this was not the sellers fault and I was very happy with my order overall and the other plant (as well as the adorable freebie) arrived in good condition! Will certainly order from this shop again! 😊

First of all, I was very frustrated with the communication. I messaged the seller for an update on when the items would be shipped. I received a generic response back saying they’d get back to me when they could. I didn’t hear back and days later the plants were marked as shipped. For days after being marked shipped there were no updates, and the seller only responded to my initial inquiry after tracking updated. The plant itself is so much smaller than I expected, however it does seem to be healthy and in good shape. Seller included a free plant in my order as well, which was appreciated.
